Practical digital modernization for small businesses.

We help owner-led businesses replace the manual, repetitive parts of their day with calm, modern tools — without rebuilding everything you already trust.

The everyday friction

The work that quietly costs you time.

Most small businesses don’t need a transformation. They need a few specific things to stop hurting.

01 — Inquiries

Customers ask the same questions over and over before they decide to book or buy.

02 — Replies

Replies happen at 11pm, on phones, and nothing gets written down.

03 — Website

The website is outdated, hard to update, or doesn’t reflect how the business actually works today.

04 — Operations

Bookings, intakes, invoices, and follow-ups live in too many places.

05 — Knowledge

Procedures live in the owner’s head; new team members start from scratch.

06 — AI

AI is everywhere, but nothing has actually saved you time yet.

The three phases

Three phases, in plain language.

At a high level, we assess the business, recommend what to change, and implement only what you approve. The detailed journey also covers the intro call and handover.

Phase 01 — Assess

Understand the business

A short, focused conversation: how inquiries arrive, where the day goes, what already works, what doesn’t.

Phase 02 — Recommend

A short, prioritized list

Two or three concrete changes worth doing first — with the reasoning and the rough effort spelled out.

Phase 03 — Implement

Set it up, only if you want

We can stop at the recommendation, or carry through the implementation on demand. You’re never locked in.

Who we work with

Built for businesses that live and die by their inbox.

01 — Customers

Customers ask before they buy

Salons, clinics, studios, repair shops, B2B services — the kind of business where a slow reply is a lost customer.

02 — Operations

Work repeats every week

Bookings, intakes, reminders, invoicing, follow-ups — the same shape of work, every week of the year.

03 — Team

The team is busy, not technical

No in-house developer, no time to evaluate tools — just a need for things to work, simply.

What to expect

The engagement, plainly.

No retainers, no surprises. Start with a free intro call, stop whenever it stops making sense.

01 — First step
Free 30 min

A short intro call. No prep on your side, no commitment after.

02 — Duration
3–8 weeks

Plan on 3–8 weeks end to end; the assessment itself is two weeks.

03 — Commitment
None

Transparent fixed fees. No retainers. Stop after any step.

04 — Ownership
You

Your data stays yours, and your accounts remain in your name and under your control. After full payment, customer-specific deliverables are yours too.

Common questions

Clear answers before you start.

If something below isn’t clear, ask. There are no bad questions.

How long does an assessment take?
About two weeks from the first call to the written report. We need an hour of your time across two or three conversations — the rest is our work.
What does it cost?
We confirm a fixed price after the intro call and before any paid work begins. There are no retainers, and you decide whether to proceed.
Do I have to switch the tools I use?
Almost never. We’d rather make what you already pay for work better. We only suggest a new tool when the current one really can’t do the job.
What if I don’t want to use AI?
A perfectly valid choice. AI is one of six things we look at — we’ll work on the others and skip it entirely if that’s what you prefer.
Can we stop after the assessment?
Yes. The assessment is designed to stand alone. The written report stays yours, and you can act on it yourself, with another consultant, or return to Vlomkat later.
Who actually does the work?
The same person you talk to on the intro call. No handoffs to a junior team, no offshore subcontracting.
