I spent years designing and operating software systems — the kind that have to stay up, stay simple, and stay understandable to the people who run them. That instinct is the whole point of Vlomkat: bringing real architectural judgement to small businesses that don’t need an enterprise project — they need someone competent to sit down with them and quietly fix the parts that hurt.
I started Vlomkat because most of the “digital transformation” advice aimed at small businesses is either too abstract to act on or sells a platform. I wanted to do the opposite: look honestly at how a business actually runs today, name the few things worth changing first, and either hand back a clear plan or do the implementation myself.
If we work together, you’ll get plain language, written-down reasoning, and tools that are sized to your business — not the other way around.
