Practical first
Cool technology is interesting; lower-stress Mondays are useful. We choose work by what actually changes how the business feels next week.
Vlomkat Solutions exists because most small businesses don’t need a transformation strategy — they need someone competent to sit down, look at the inbox, and quietly fix the parts that hurt. We’re built around that idea.
Cool technology is interesting; lower-stress Mondays are useful. We choose work by what actually changes how the business feels next week.
If we can’t explain a recommendation to you in plain words, it isn’t ready. No jargon, no buzzwords, no acronyms used as decoration.
We’d rather finish one change cleanly than start three of them. Every engagement leaves the business stable, not mid-overhaul.
Recommendations are only useful if someone does them. We do the setup ourselves when you want, then hand it back fully owned by you.
If you recognise yourself in one of these, we’re probably a good fit.
Salons, clinics, studios, repair shops, B2B services. Most of your customers ask a question before they book — and every slow reply is a lost one.
Small operations with two to twenty people, where the work is mostly people-shaped and the technology is supposed to stay out of the way.
Owners who’ve outgrown the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp setup that got them here, and need a calmer system to grow into the next year or two.
The consulting voice is plain, but it’s built on a software-architecture background — across software, cloud, and AI. That’s how we tell good tools from shiny ones.
Years of designing systems that have to stay working. That instinct shows up in even the smallest setups we build.
We’ve designed and run real workloads in production. So we know what’s overkill for a salon and what’s appropriate for one.
Hands-on with the current generation of models. We know what they do well, where they fail, and where they don’t belong.
No-code, low-code, scripts, integrations. We pick the lightest tool that quietly does the job.
Vlomkat is a deliberately small operation. The person you talk to on the intro call is the same person who does the work and walks you through the handover. No account managers, no sales team, no offshoring.
I spent years designing and operating software systems — the kind that have to stay up, stay simple, and stay understandable to the people who run them. That instinct is the whole point of Vlomkat: bringing real architectural judgement to small businesses that don’t need an enterprise project — they need someone competent to sit down with them and quietly fix the parts that hurt.
I started Vlomkat because most of the “digital transformation” advice aimed at small businesses is either too abstract to act on or sells a platform. I wanted to do the opposite: look honestly at how a business actually runs today, name the few things worth changing first, and either hand back a clear plan or do the implementation myself.
If we work together, you’ll get plain language, written-down reasoning, and tools that are sized to your business — not the other way around.
— let’s have the 30-minute intro call. No prep, no commitment, and you’ll know quickly whether we’re the right fit.
